Divapan, one of the leading MDF and MDF lam production organizations in our country, carries out its production in a 171,522 m2 area, 30,686 m2 of which is closed. Divapan, which has the distinction of being the first company to receive an international quality certificate in its sector, has reached a large production volume exceeding the country's borders in a short time. Divapan, which produces with its superior technology, wide and high-quality product range and service approach, is rightfully proud of being among the leading companies that meet the growing needs of the sector with its young and expert staff of 178 people.

All the possibilities envisaged by technology have been utilized in all production lines and production systems have been connected to full automation, especially in our newly established facilities. The MDF production section includes a continue press line, a folded press line, 2 chipping machines, silos, sieves, a sanding unit, laboratory equipment, and the melamine production section includes a paper impregnation unit, a melamine press unit, and quality control equipment.

Divapan, which always instills social responsibility awareness in its employees, has supported all kinds of social responsibility projects from international aid to blood donations. Also showing the necessary importance to the environment, Divapan participated in the Düzce Justice Forest sapling planting event held in partnership with the Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry within the scope of World Forestry Week Activities. Divapan, which determines the principles such as preventing environmental pollution during the MDF and MDFlam production and design phase, taking the necessary precautions to comply with environmental legislation and regulations, conducting energy saving studies, and conducting afforestation studies to obtain a more livable environment as its environmental policy, continues its production respectful of future generations and tolerant to the environment.

Thanks to the R&D system it has established, it is possible to carry out these activities within a system by determining the practices and responsibilities to be carried out to improve product or service quality, improve processes, increase efficiency, reduce costs, prevent losses, protect the environment, ensure occupational health and safety, increase customer satisfaction, and reward suggestion owners.

In these days when our country needs exports, Divapan, which aims to reach more consumers by exporting its products to different geographies abroad, also has the capacity to produce special products for export in addition to the current colors and sizes. Divapan, which has sales points in all geographical regions of Turkey, responds to customer requests immediately and supports its customers continuously after sales.

MDF; It is a wooden board product like Particleboard and Plyboard. Its name comes from the first letters of the English words Medium Density Fiberboard, meaning medium density fiberboard. Since this term is the first letters of the words Mittel Dichte Faserplatten in German, this term is used as a common name all over the world. While valuable trees that are peeled in round shapes are used in plywood and plyboard, trees with low fuel value are used in MDF. Their general principle is based on cutting trees into small pieces and turning them into boards with synthetic glues under high pressure and temperature.

Particleboard and MDF are distinguished from each other by the production of these small pieces and their shapes. In particleboard, these pieces are produced in the form of thin spindle-shaped particles of 0.2 to 0.6 mm thickness in mechanical chippers with relatively low energy use, while in MDF, these pieces are obtained by separating the wood into fibers between discs that require high steam pressure and temperature and a large amount of electrical energy in defibrators. For this reason, the production cost of MDF is much higher than particleboard. MDF is essentially the closest board type to solid wood among all board types. MDF is used in all processes that solid wood is subjected to. In other words, it can be drilled; it can be shaped with a milling cutter. The milling cutter shaping process is very limited in other types of boards. Since its strength values ​​are very close to solid wood, especially thin MDFs can be substituted for expensive thin plywood boards.

It can be used flat on press door surfaces, as well as in different forms in forming presses, as an external door surface coating. With all these superior qualities, MDF has found a very wide area of ​​use in furniture manufacturing today.

Since its very smooth surface accepts all kinds of paint, it can be used for these purposes, as well as by coating it with patterned melamine resin or lacquered papers.

We call these coated boards MDFLAM. Divapan currently produces MDFLAM. Our MDF production has a very rich collection in terms of both wood and fantasy patterns.
